8종 Listeria의 50개 reference 균주로부터 얻은 Listeria fingerprints 질량 스펙트럼 세트는 모든 Listeria의 fingerprints를 포함하며 이 Listeria fingerprints 모델은 (Fig.5) 개선된 데이터베이스에 의해 확립되었다.

확장된 데이터베이스의 Listeria 균주 종류
L. fleischmannii (n = 2), L. grayi (n = 6), L. weihenstephanensis (n = 2), L. monocytogenes (n = 9), L. ivanovii (n = 8), L. innocua (n = 10), L. welshimeri (n = 5) L. seeligeri (n= 5).

Listeria 종은 개선된 MALDI Biotyper 데이터베이스를 사용하여 정확한 동정을 할 수 있으며 높은 log(score)값과 함께 일정한 동정 결과를 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 동정 방법임을 알 수 있다.

	Listeria spp. 는 매우 유사한 패턴을 가지고 있어 정확하고 신속하게 동정을 하는 것이 매우 중요하다.
	확장 및 개선된 MALDI Biotyper 데이터베이스를 통해 신속하고 정확하게 Listeria 종을 동정할 수 있었다.
