Overview
Objective: µ¿Á¤ÀÌ ¾î·Á¿î ÀÓ»ó ½Ã·á¿¡¼­ ±âÁ¸ phenotypic method¿Í MALDI-TOF MSÀÇ µ¿Á¤ ´É·ÂÀ» ºñ±³ÇÔ°ú µ¿½Ã¿¡ VITEK MS, Bruker Biotyper MSÀÇ °¢ MALDI-TOF MS¿¡¼­ÀÇ ¹Ì»ý¹° µ¿Á¤ ´É·ÂÀ» ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Method: Barnes-Jewish Hospital·ÎºÎÅÍ 174°³ÀÇ bacterial isolates¸¦ Á¦°ø¹Þ¾Æ ¹Ì»ý¹° µ¿Á¤ ºñ±³½ÇÇèÀ» ÁøÇàÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç 16s rRNA gene sequencingÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °ËÁõÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Result: Phenotypic method¿¡ ºñÇÏ¿© MALDI-TOF MS¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ½ÇÇè¿¡¼­ ´õ¿í ³ôÀº µ¿Á¤·üÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾úÀ¸¸ç Bruker Biotyper MS°¡ ÃÑ 161°³, VITEK MS°¡ 151°³ÀÇ bacteria isolates¸¦ ½Äº°ÇÏ¿´´Ù. °£È¤ µ¿Á¤ÀÌ ¾î·Á¿î ½Ã·á¿¡¼­ phenotypic method´Â 50ÀÏ ÀÌ»óÀÌ °É·ÈÀ¸³ª MALDI-TOF MS¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ½ÇÇè¿¡¼­´Â 48 ½Ã°£ À̳»¿¡ µ¿Á¤À» ¿Ï·á ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Meterial and Methods
º» ¿¬±¸´Â Barnes-Jewish Hospital·ÎºÎÅÍ 174°³ÀÇ ½Äº°ÀÌ Èûµç bacterial isolates¸¦ Á¦°ø¹Þ¾Æ ½ÇÇèÀ» ÁøÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù(table 1).
´ëºÎºÐÀÇ bacteriaÀÇ °æ¿ì 5 % sheep blood agar¿¡¼­ overnight ¹è¾ç ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç °£È¤ Àß ÀÚ¶óÁö ¾ÊÀº ¹ÚÅ׸®¾ÆÀÇ °æ¿ì´Â 48½Ã°£ ¹è¾çÀ» ÇÏ¿´°í, cell culture°¡ ±î´Ù·Î¿î ¹ÚÅ׸®¾Æ´Â chocolate agar¸¦ ÅëÇÏ¿© ¹è¾çÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°¢ isolates´Â VITEK MS¿Í Bruker Biotyper MS¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© µ¿Á¤À» ÁøÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¸ðµÎ 2¹øÀÇ ½ÇÇèÀ» ÁøÇàÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç óÀ½ ½ÇÇèÀº Á÷Á¢µµ¸»¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´°í, µÎ¹øÂ°´Â formic acid¸¦ ÷°¡ÇÏ¿© µ¿Á¤À» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. µ¿Á¤ÀÌ µÇÁö ¾ÊÀº isolates¿¡ ´ëÇØ¼­ µû·Î ´Ü¹éÁú ÃßÃâ¹ýÀ¸·Î ½ÇÇè ÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.
