Principle
Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF)Àº »ê¼º»óÅ¿¡¼­ FructoseÀÇ ºÐÇØ¿¡ ÀÇÇØ Çü¼ºµÇ´Â ¹°Áú·Î, ¹ú²Ü ³»¿¡¼­ ÀÚ¿¬ÀûÀ¸·Îµµ »ý¼ºµÇÁö¸¸ ¿­¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ±× ¼Óµµ°¡ ºü¸£°Ô Áõ°¡ÇϹǷΠ¿­°ú ÀúÀå ½Ã°£ÀÇ ÁöÇ¥·Î »ç¿ëµÈ´Ù. ±×¸®ÇÏ¿© HMF ÇÔ·®Àº ¹ú²ÜÀÇ Ç°ÁúÀ» °áÁ¤ÇÏ´Â ÇϳªÀÇ ¿ä¼ÒÀÌ°í, ±× ¾çÀÌ ÀûÀ»¼ö·Ï ³ôÀº Ç°Áú·Î Æò°¡µÈ´Ù. ºñ·Ï HMF°¡ ÀÎü¿¡ ÇØ·Î¿î ¹°ÁúÀº ¾Æ´ÏÁö¸¸, ¹ú²Ü ³» ÃÖ´ë ÇÔ·®µµ ±ÔÁ¤ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù.
